It’s been so long since I posted a comic! Sorry about that – it’s been a wild month. Wasn’t sure whether I should share this comic, ’cause it reveals how intense my anxiety can be, anyway I feel really proud of myself getting this massage.

Most of us carry weird beliefs about ourselves. I am happy that you made a test to see that one of your insidious beliefs maybe isn’t true. I’ve been practicing wear make-up in public. As a cis lady I feel very embarrassed that I’m not “good enough” at make-up to be seen in public, but we’re never going to beat the bad thoughts if we don’t do something about them. I am proud of you (and me!) for actually doing something.
