It’s such a strange time we’re living in – I’m not sure if it’s always felt like we’re on the brink of disaster, or if it’s new territory for the world. I imagine it probably depends on context of where you live and who you are. Anyway, this is my strange, dark comic.
In other news, thanks so much for all the lovely birthday messages, I so so appreciated them, and sorry I haven’t responded to them all yet – but just so you know, I really appreciated them. I even had someone make a comic!
It’s true that the state of the world is pretty grim right now. But it’s totally fine to work out your feelings with the heartbreak and anxiety even they seem so small compared to other problems in this world. You are allowed to feel those feelings and work your way through them. There are little voices of hope for the state of this world and we tend to forget them when times are hazy in our lives. Still they are still there and are patiently waiting for you to join them when you feel brave enough again. <3
