Nga Pakiwaituhi: NZ Comics and Graphic Novels
on February 17, 2013 at 12:30 pmI’m so excited to be in an exhibition about NZ comics and graphic novels! The show is curated by my masters’ supervisor, and comic legend, and all ’round awesome fella Dylan Horrocks…

If you’re in Auckland in March or April you should go along. ‘Cause it will be awesome.

this is amazing! you are amazing! but why are all the girls on the woman end of the arrows wearing dresses and skirts and have boobs? it makes me a bit sad.
Ah boo – totally a dumb oversight on my behalf. Thanks so much for pointing it out (it’s always incredible to me when I do things that are glaringly obvious, but I don’t even see them until someone points them out). I will do better for version 4
Thanks for the heads up about it, seriously that is very helpful.
I appreciate that you included disabled people in this, thank you
No worries, it was an important oversight that I missed the first (and second) times around. I am glad someone pointed it out to me so I could rectify it.
This is great.. I like how you included the different cultures, though I’m surprised you didn’t include anything about the Bugis People of Indonesia.. I like how your art is coming along, looks fantastic!
LOVE!
Ahh, I’ve reached the last comic! I spent yesterday and today reading through your comic. It’s fabulous! My dysphoria’s been pretty bad the last few days and this has helped me laugh, distracted me, and reminded me I’m not alone. Thank you, Sam.
yay, im glad that it was helpful
hope your dysphoria gets easier

Woopwoo!
Great resource! I added it to my site, thank you.
