I haven’t done a year in review comic for a few years – because time became so nonlinear over the last few. Last year felt like we were supposed to get back to ‘business as usual’ even though the world was still doing it’s dumpster fire thing.

Also – I didn’t really ‘win’ the Emmy – But Rūrangi did, and I contributed in a teeny tiny small way, so I’m claiming it as a joint win haha.
Also – you should check out our programme for the upcoming Same Same But Different programme – as per the last few years, we’re holding it in Auckland over pride, and will be live-streaming most of the events. Its pretty much all free too.
