The constant reporting about all the transphobic things that are happening, and the idea that there’s somehow a commitment ‘balanced reporting’ (which means talking to people who have a genuine desire for trans people to not exist), really helped bring me back to drawing Rooster Tails again (despite not yet having finished my graphic novel).
Getting to listen to the radio tell you that NZ Swimming doesn’t support trans women as you drink your morning coffee really sets your mood to shit for the day.
