Tara’s comic Book Dragons is a wonderful YA story about friendship, the joy of reading, and strange creatures who may or may not being ripping portals into your dimensions. I’m positive you’ll be able to find it in good book stores in the future. In the mean-time you should follow her comics at her substack.

Also, also, also, my other other other wonderful friend Etta just released this beautiful book of essays. I’ve already read it twice, ’cause it’s got a wonderful mix of rage and joy, and hope and impetus for change. SO GOOD.
Conclusion – books are great. Go read them, and if you’re making them – go make them (I am mostly talking to me…).
