This is just a funny side-effect of having stronger feelings, so just a little note to say ‘Don’t Worry, I really am fine!’. I’ve been doing this in consultation with my therapist, and I’m the happiest I’ve been in my entire life. My crying is mostly about beautiful things, or emotive things, rather than me being sad… and tbh I love a good cry.
